Our Silver Lining
The Silver Lining Children’s Foundation (SLCF) was established as a collaborative social responsibility initiative between Exusia, an artificial intelligence services provider, and DTA Capital Advisors, the family office of entrepreneur Trevor Silver.

Today, that vision continues to thrive under the leadership of Trevor and his wife, Ande Beller Silver (pictured above in Pune, Maharashtra, India), as Silver Lining—a beacon of hope and positive change focused on child development, community support, and education initiatives.
Our Mission
Launched in 2024, SLCF is dedicated to uplifting society by partnering with NGOs across India to support vulnerable communities through various education initiatives, starting with early childhood development. Powered by passionate volunteers, the foundation delivers community support programs that are child-focused, inspiring learning, well-being, and possibility.
Our Team
Through hands-on engagement, SLCF volunteers contribute to education initiatives, health and hygiene, and environmental awareness, fostering child development and reinforcing a lasting foundation of hope for children and the communities they call home.
Our History
Inspired by Innovation
2006
Trevor Silver begins working with teams in Chennai & Bangalore, India, following the acquisition of Knightsbridge Solutions by Hewlett-Packard (HP).
2010
Trevor leaves HP to establish ITI Data's (now EXL) first India delivery center for Citibank, supporting talent across Bangalore, Pune, and Hyderabad.
2012
Exusia is founded in New York City and launches global operations in Pune, India, to serve U.S.-based clients.
2013-2020
Exusia expands across India, including Delhi, India
2023
Exusia expands its corporate responsibility efforts to support childhood education and development initiatives in India.
2024
Trevor and Exusia establish Exusia & Silver Children’s Foundation (ESCF); following Exusia’s acquisition by Globant (NYSE: GLOB), ESCF is retained by Trevor and is rebranded as Silver Lining Children’s Foundation (SLCF).
2026
Ande Beller Silver joins Trevor in advancing the mission of the Silver Lining Children’s Foundation.
